Trinity Communications
I started my UX career at Trinity Communications, an Interactive/Marketing agency back in the late 90's right as the internet was starting to take off. It was there that I learned the basics, immersing myself in design courses (2D Design, Conceptual Drawing and Typography) as well as hands on boot camps such as Jared Spool's User Interface Design and Usability Testing, and Edward Tufte's seminar Presenting Data and Information. While there, I designed Web experiences for a variety of clients, working with users, client stakeholders and internal developers. I collaborated with clients and internal stakeholders, worked with users creating and moderating usability tests using (yes) paper prototypes. And I became proficient in creating all the standard deliverables, including user personas, user flows, wireframes and site maps.
Below is a sample of some of the work I did while at Trinity.
